This time, Aj, Jared and Petey sat down one lovely Saturday and watched 3 comedy specials and then got behind the microphones and discussed what we thought of the shows. We looked at Tom Segura's, Mostly Stories, Tony Hinchcliffe's, One Shot and Ari Shaffir's, Paid Regular. These are 3 of my (Petey) favorite comedians in the game today and my god do they deliver on side splitting hilarity. All three of them are West Coast comedy pros and you can tell. A lot of people don't realize that there is a surprising difference in how East and West coast comedians do what they do. Between they way they work out to the general delivery styles that tend to lend themselves to the aforementioned regions. Comedy is magic. If you don't believe that get the hell out.

This time we do things a little different. Petey sits down to interview a buddy of his about what its like to be a metal show promoter in MN. Andy, started his company 2 years ago and things are really picking up for him. We also talk a little bit about Heavy Metal (1981) movie and how silly and hard to track it is along with plenty of off topic banter as per usual. Check it out here ladies and gents. This was both really fun and informative. Did I mention we were both pretty drunk?

This time on 8mm Dissection, The Hamster and Petey painstakingly make their way through a movie that is all but easy to watch. I Spit On Your Grave is a gritty horror/suspense film set in the backwoods of the northern most New England states. A young writer goes on a retreat alone to scribe her first novel in a beautiful, secluded cabin. Unfortunately for her, the folks around here have a real negative idea of what city girls are like and before you know it she is at the mercy of a group of depraved rednecks fighting for her life. What these psychotic hill folk don't account for is the will to live...oh and a little thing called vengeance.
